So, today, right now, is the first time both kids have napped together for more than 10 minutes in WEEKS it seems. I didn't know what to do.... since housework is never ending so why do that with these precious quiet moments...since I had already said some prayers while putting my children to sleep (I have said more Hail Mary's while putting them to sleep in the past 3 years than while they were awake)...so I decided to come to my little place in the online world and share. Now, where to begin?
God has been blessing our days and giving the boys the graces they need to be more cooperative and helpful! He really is preparing them for the changes a head (baby #3 more specifically). James is more helpful than ever and can follow directions I give him basically well enough to help me out. Pre K has started for James and he loves it- asks for it often!! We are on letter D, but he has already learned how to write C, H, J, V, and Z and is constantly asking what things start with and sometimes able to figure it out himself! So cool to see his little mind working.
We are looking forward to weekend in New Orleans, just me and Shannon! What a treat. We have not gone anywhere overnight just us in..... quite some time. Like before Grant was born. So, I hope to have lots of fun things to talk about from that trip. Food and shopping are our main activities planned. Oh boy!
